Post-Media Briefing Update: Global Biodiversity Alliance Summit

Please be advised that media personnel were briefed on the arrangements for the Global Biodiversity Alliance Summit. The session was held in the Lula Room at the Arthur Chung Conference Centre. The following key points were shared:
- Media Passes:
Media passes are available for collection at the Department of Public Information (DPI) for all individuals who applied for Summit accreditation. - Media Drop-Off Passes:
A special “Media Drop-Off” vehicle pass is available at DPI. This pass allows access through the Eastern Gate (via Giftland Mall Road) for dropping off personnel and equipment. - Media Tents:
Two media tents are available on-site, equipped with audio and video feeds to facilitate coverage and reporting. - Live Streaming:
The entire Summit will be live-streamed via official state media platforms, including the Global Biodiversity Alliance Summit’s website, social media pages, and YouTube channel. - Interview Room:
A dedicated room is available for one-on-one interviews. To schedule interviews and book the space, please contact Cassandra Persaud. - Content Access:
Speeches, presentations, and photos will be made available to the media through the Summit’s official website, social media pages, and YouTube channel. - Media Access on Day One:
Due to full capacity in the main dome on the first day, media personnel are kindly asked to operate from the designated media tents located on the southern side of the building.
